Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us at simplyorganisedhomes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a full refund or free replacement — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can do this by submitting a request through your customer account: https://shopify.com/101082693997/account

Returning your items Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any premium or express delivery upgrades you selected), within 14 days of receiving your returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.
